There are two eligibility requirements for the DV lottery: The person wanting to enter the country must come from one of the countries listed in the rules. • They are working or consultants to the United States Government - they are not. Only the U.S. State Department issues visas.
• They have a special entry form for you to use that will make your chances greater - the green card lottery can only be applied for online.
• They have never had an application rejected that their company sent in - the green card lottery rules demand a random drawing so some applications will be rejected since only 50,000 applications are accepted and many more are sent in.
• You should be also aware of sending more than one application for immigrants which automatically disqualifies their entry.
